Job SummaryWe are looking for an organised and proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Associate to manage recruitment activities and support core HR operations. The role involves working closely with clients, hiring managers, and management to understand hiring requirements, source suitable candidates, and support the complete employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases; screen profiles, conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and follow-ups until joining.
- Recruitment Reporting: Maintain hiring trackers and ATS records, prepare recruitment reports, and monitor hiring progress.
- HR Operations: Coordinate onboarding, documentation, induction, employee records, and exit-related formalities as required.
- HR Policies & • Compliance:

Draft, update, document, and communicate HR policies; support statutory compliance and maintain employee records.
- Employee Engagement & • Support:

Handle routine employee queries related to leave, payroll, benefits,



and policies; coordinate performance reviews, training, and development activities.
- Payroll & • Benefits:

Support monthly payroll inputs, benefits administration, reimbursements, and related employee queries.

Required Qualifications & • Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline • HR, Psychology, or Business specialisation is preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or both, including internships.
- Good communication, coordination, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with recruitment portals, ATS/HRMS tools, and basic Indian labour laws (PF, ESI, POSH, etc.) is an advantage.
- Solid attention to detail, initiative, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
