Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for further processing.

- Assist in scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and ensuring timely communication with applicants.

Job Requirements :

- 0-1 year of experience in HRSD or related field (Recruitment).

- Solid understanding of talent acquisition processes including sourcing profiles, hiring, interviewing techniques.

- Proficiency in using HRSd systems or similar tools for tracking candidate flow.
