Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri.com, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Recruit for positions in sales, marketing, customer support, operations, administration, and other non-IT domains.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
- Negotiate salary and manage candidate expectations.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Required Skills





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Familiarity with Naukri.com and other job portals is preferred.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
