- End to End process of Recruitment has to be handled
- Shortlisting, and arranging interviews with concerned department heads, collecting feedback,document verification, background Verification-Pushing the complete file to HRM to release the offer
- Once the offer is released follow up till DOJ, guiding in the onboarding process
