Job Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates, conducting initial discussions, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through calls and job portals.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and interviews.
- Explain job roles, salary, and company details.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain basic recruitment records.
- Achieve assigned hiring targets.

Eligibility

- 12th Pass
- Undergraduate
- Graduate
- Post Graduate
- Freshers can apply
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets will be an advantage.




- Candidates with prior recruitment/HR experience are also welcome.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Additional: Performance Bonus + Incentives
