We are looking for an HR Recruiter responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and hiring suitable candidates as per the company's requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining.
- Negotiate salaries and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring status regularly.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements
- Graduate or MBA in HR preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes.
- Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
