Seligo Consultants Private Limited is looking for HR Recruiter to join our energetic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
1. Design and update job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
5. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
6. Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally
7. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
8. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
9. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
10. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
11. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
