Job Summary

Country Holidays Travel is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring suitable candidates for various departments, including Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Operations, and Administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Recruit candidates for sales, telecalling, customer service, and other business roles.
- Maintain a recruitment database and update hiring trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding offers, documentation, and joining dates.
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records and recruitment reports.




- Achieve monthly hiring targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Experience in recruitment or HR is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Valuable communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
