Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills and the ability to fulfil hiring requirements within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail, sales, and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate online and offline interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining dates.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, document collection, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.




- Work closely with HR and operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures of open positions.

Requirements
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
