Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for third-party staffing requirements. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews.

Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams to ensure smooth recruitment.



Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer acceptance, documentation, and joining. Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Ensure timely closure of open positions and achieve assigned recruitment targets.

Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline. Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in third-party staffing, recruitment consultancy, or staffing agency hiring.
