- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various job openings.

- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and outlet managers.

- Post job vacancies on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial HR screening calls and schedule interviews.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.

- Recruit candidates for positions such as Crew Members, Customer Service Associates, Outlet Managers, Manager Trainees, and corporate roles.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.





- Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer letters, joining dates, and documentation.

- Ensure timely closure of vacancies according to manpower requirements.

- Maintain proper recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.

- Build a solid candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Coordinate with the HR team for onboarding and joining formalities.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
