Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in the Mohali district. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical and managerial interview rounds. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand position requirements, drafting and posting job descriptions, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles.

The HR Recruiter will also handle candidate communication, offer negotiation, onboarding coordination,



and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Additional responsibilities include supporting employer branding initiatives, participating in job fairs or campus drives, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and policies.

Qualifications

- Robust talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Experience coordinating full recruitment cycles: job posting, scheduling interviews, managing feedback, and facilitating offers and onboarding.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor regulations, and company policies related to hiring and onboarding.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple openings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior recruiting experience in IT or digital transformation services is preferred but not mandatory.
