About the Role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter Intern eager to learn technical and non-technical hiring from the ground up. Youll support the recruitment team across sourcing, screening, and coordination, and get direct exposure to how a growing engineering company builds its teams.

This internship is suited to final-year students or recent graduates, with potential for full-time conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct first-level shortlisting against role requirements.




- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain the candidate pipeline and keep the ATS/tracker updated.
- Draft and post job openings across platforms and the company careers page.
- Keep candidates informed and ensure a smooth, professional experience.

Required Skills
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, and spreadsheets.
- Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.

Nice-to-Have Skills
