iMaje Technologies is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic HR Recruiter Interns to join our Human Resources dept.

This is an excellent opportunity for students, fresh graduates, and individuals interested in building a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment.

Selected candidates will receive hands-on experience in the complete recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and HR operations.

No previous HR or recruitment experience is required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Post job vacancies on Indeed and other recruitment websites.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Assist in onboarding and other basic HR administrative activities.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment operations.
- Learn and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Students pursuing BBA, B.Com, MBA, B.Sc., BA, or any other degree can apply.




- Fresh graduates and candidates interested in starting an HR career are welcome.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with candidates.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- Previous experience is not mandatory.
