Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Mumbai. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating selection processes across various departments. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting job openings on relevant platforms, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting a positive candidate experience.





The role also involves managing recruitment data and reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment regulations, and contributing to employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition strategies. The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with the HR team on onboarding processes and other HR-related activities as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination across multiple roles and levels.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (job portals, social media, ATS) for effective talent acquisition.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of basic HR practices, recruitment compliance, and onboarding processes.
- Comfort with data tracking and reporting related to hiring metrics and recruitment performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR, preferably within healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries, is beneficial.
