Key responsibilities include : 1.

Performance management : conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees. 4.

Employee development : creating and implementing employee training programs and career development plans. 5.

Compensation and benefits : administering employee compensation and benefits programs, such as salaries, bonuses, and insurance. 6.

Compliance : ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations. 7.

Policy development and administration :



creating, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures. 8.
