- Maintain and update HRMS (Poornata) master data including designations, departments, and other organizational elements.

- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate configuration and optimization of HRMS modules.

- Ensure timely and accurate data movements and system updates.

Mobility Management

- Manage end-to-end employee mobility processes including issuance of transfer letters and inter-business transfers.

- Initiate and execute system actions related to mobility in coordination with HRMS.

Confirmation Module Management

- Oversee the confirmation process for employees including timely issuance of confirmation letters.

- Ensure salary revision updates are accurately reflected in the system post-confirmation.

Leave Module Management





- Administer and maintain the leave management module ensuring accurate leave balances and policy adherence.

- Coordinate with employees and HRBPs for leave-related queries and updates.

Position Management

- Manage the organization s position framework including creation, tagging, and maintece of positions in HRMS.

- Ensure alignment of position data with organizational structure and workforce planning.

Q2T Helpdesk (Quest 2 Travel)

- Act as the single point of contact for all Q2T-related queries including travel requisitions, reimbursements, and technical issues.

- Create current Q2T IDs and manage deactivation for exit employees.

- Resolve grievances and ensure timely support to employees and stakeholders.
