- 4 to 7 years payroll experience in large corporate/pharma/FMCG with expertise in payroll nuances like LOP, arrears, incentives, and salary revisions
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory deductions, leave management, payroll reconciliation, and employee salary queries

Role & responsibilities

- End-to-end payroll processing
- Salary calculation and payroll inputs
- PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other statutory deductions
- Full & Final settlement
- Leave and attendance management
- Payroll reconciliation and validation
- Employee salary queries and resolution
- Payroll compliance and statutory requirements
- Knowledge of payroll nuances such as LOP, arrears, incentives, bonuses, reimbursements, deductions, and salary revisions
- Experience with payroll software/HRMS
- Positive Excel knowledge, especially VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic payroll calculations
- Coordination with HR, Finance and statutory teams
