We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Specialist with a robust background in manufacturing or factory operations. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, attendance and leave management, statutory compliance, wage calculations, and maintaining accurate employee records for factory and office employees.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Payroll, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setup.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliances, factory attendance, wage structures, and labour laws.
- Fluent with Advance MS Excel.
- Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar employee payroll.
- Strong numerical, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and ownership of payroll activities
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
