Important: Candidates must have relevant End to End HR Operations and Payroll experience within the staffing industry. Profiles with recruitment experience will not be considered for this role.

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations & Payroll Executive to manage employee lifecycle operations, payroll processing, billing, and statutory compliance for a large staffing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee onboarding, BGV, documentation, and induction.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing and timesheet validation.
- Coordinate client billing, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF,



and TDS.
- Manage employee queries, grievances, exits, and Full & Final Settlement.
- Maintain employee records, payroll reports, and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, finance teams, and compliance partners.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary processing.

Required Skills

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Payroll.
- Mandatory experience in the Staffing / Workforce Solutions industry.
- Solid knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Excellent Excel skills and data management capabilities.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
