We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Professional with strong expertise in employee lifecycle management, exit formalities, mobility processes, HRMS administration, and process improvement.

Job Title: HR Operations Professional

? Experience: 4–8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee exit processes, including clearances, asset recovery, documentation, and employee communication.
- Handle employee mobility processes, including internal transfers, travel coordination, visa processing, and immigration documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and timely updates in HRMS platforms.
- Address employee queries and resolve HR operational issues within defined timelines.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support HR transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives.




- Prepare HR reports and perform data analysis using advanced Microsoft Excel.

Required Skills
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Exit Management.
- Experience in employee mobility, transfers, travel, visa, and immigration processes.
- Hands-on expertise in HRMS administration and employee data management.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, reporting, and analysis.
- Robust communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with accuracy and discretion.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft and/or SAP HR.
- Knowledge of HR reporting and analytics.
- Exposure to HR transformation, automation, and process improvement projects..
