About the role Data Analyst
You'll work with large and varied datasets every day: cleaning, analyzing, and turning them into explicit insights that help the function make better decisions.
We want someone who is excited about using AI to work faster and smarter.
What you'll do
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources
- Analyze data to find trends, patterns, and insights
- Build dashboards and reports that are clear and useful to stakeholders
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive analysis, speed up workflows, and uncover new insights
- Ensure data accuracy and flag quality issues
- Work with the team to understand business questions and translate them into analyses
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis
- Strong skills in Excel and SQL
- Experience with a visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau
- Comfort working with large, complex datasets
- Genuine curiosity about AI and a track record of trying new tools to improve how you work
- Clear communication, with the ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences
- Attention to detail and a sense of ownership
