- MBA / PGDM in HR or MSW.

- Graduate in any discipline with relevant HR experience.

- Executive: 5–7 years.

- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based organisations preferred.

- Payroll processing and salary coordination.

- PF, ESIC, LWF, Professional Tax and other statutory compliance.

- CLRA, BOCW, ISMW and labour licence documentation.

- Attendance, leave and employee record management.

- Labour law audits, inspections and compliance reporting.

- Contractor labour documentation and wage verification.

- HRMS / ERP, MS Excel and documentation management.

- Coordination with government departments and project teams.

1. Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records and onboarding documentation.

- Ensure timely payroll processing and salary-related coordination.

- Handle PF, ESIC, LWF, PT and other applicable statutory payments and returns.

- Obtain, renew and maintain CLRA, BOCW and other applicable labour licences.





- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with site HR teams for attendance, wages, contractor documents and labour records.

- Prepare documents for statutory audits, labour inspections and client compliance requirements.

- Monitor contractor compliance, including wage payments, PF, ESIC and other applicable records.

- Maintain employee joining, exit, full-and-final settlement and HR clearance documentation.

- Track compliance deadlines and ensure timely submissions on government portals.

- Prepare monthly HR and compliance MIS reports for management.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients and government authorities.

1. Preferred Candidate

A detail-oriented HR professional with solid knowledge of statutory compliance, labour laws, payroll operations and contractor management, preferably with experience handling multiple construction project sites.
