: HR Manager – Recruitment
Industry: Hospitality | Hotels & Resorts
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, bulk hiring, and mass recruitment drives across multiple locations.
- Drive hiring for both prime and remote hotel locations.
- Manage job postings, recruitment portals, and candidate pipelines.
- Prepare recruitment MIS, HR reports, hiring dashboards, and present key metrics to management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritise vacancies and ensure timely closures.
- Robust understanding of hospitality talent markets and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver results within defined timelines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
