The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring for various departments. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for multiple job openings.

Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and other job portals. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports. Support onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.

Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.



Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Required

SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals. Solid convincing, coordination, and follow-up skills. Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously. Good organisational skills and a positive attitude. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and Google Sheets.

Eligibility

CriteriaGraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may apply. Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition will be an advantage. Candidates with experience in sales hiring, financial services, or stock market advisory recruitment will be preferred.
