The Human Resources Manager will oversee and coordinate all HR functions at The Fries Empire’s Chandigarh location in an in office, full-time capacity. The role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for restaurant and support staff. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, performance management processes, and day-to-day HR operations such as attendance, payroll coordination with finance, and HR documentation.
Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, organizing training and development initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and supporting a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. The role involves close collaboration with operations leadership to align HR practices with business goals and guest experience standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
