Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.

- Oversee performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.

- Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.

- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management.

- Lead and mentor the HR team.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

- Solid organizational and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
