HR Manager

Intellectra Tech is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage our human resource operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, HR administration, and policy implementation.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, maintaining HR processes, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll processing, salary revisions, and employee benefits.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisals.
- Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.




- Coordinate with management on workforce planning and HR-related matters.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and professional development initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment, HR administration, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.

Preferred: Experience in the IT or technology industry.
