Job Title: HR Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations and help build a workplace where talent grows. You will partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals, manage the full employee lifecycle, and ensure we stay compliant with labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding for
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes with fairness and confidentiality
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Shops and Establishments Act, and other applicable labour laws)
- Lead performance management cycles, goal setting, and appraisal processes




- Design and run employee engagement, training, and development programmes
- Drive policy creation, updates, and consistent implementation across the organisation
- Prepare HR MIS reports, headcount plans, and attrition analysis for leadership
- Support HR audits, labour inspections, and internal compliance reviews
- Coach and guide managers on people decisions and team issues

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or PG Diploma in HR preferred
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years managing an HR function
- Strong working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll, and attendance systems (e.g., FactoHR, Keka / Zoho )
- Excellent communication, judgement, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
