Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HR compliance, documentation, and statutory records.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and employee induction.
- Oversee HR operations and employee data management.
- Prepare HR analytics, MIS reports, and dashboards.
- Support HR software integration and process automation.
- Assist with payroll processing and coordination.
- Support performance appraisals and employee reviews.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and people-focused activities.
