We are looking for an experienced and HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations, develop HR strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, employee management, and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing HR operations in a technology or IT services company.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding.
- Lead talent acquisition activities in coordination with department heads and hiring managers.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Manage employee attendance, leave management, performance reviews, and employee records.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate payroll processing, salary revisions, increments, and employee benefits with the finance team.
- Monitor employee performance, support career development, and improve employee retention.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Plan employee engagement activities, training programs, and initiatives to improve workplace culture.
- Maintain HR reports, employee databases, HR documentation, and management dashboards.
- Work closely with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development.

Required Qualifications and Skills.




- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in HR is preferred.
- 4–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an IT or technology company.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and performance management.
- Working knowledge of payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and labour laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HRMS tools and HR reporting is an advantage.
