About the Role

We're looking for an HR Manager who can bring good people into the company, help them do their best work, and keep everyday HR operations running smoothly.

You'll handle hiring, salaries, staffing, employee records, and the small things that make a workplace work well. The goal isn't to create more processes. It's to make work easier for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hiring: Understand team requirements, find the right candidates, manage interviews, and close positions on time.
- Salary & Payroll: Coordinate monthly payroll, attendance, leave, salary revisions, and employee records.
- Staffing: Ensure the right people are available for business needs across warehouses, stores, and offices.
- Employee Support: Help employees with HR queries, workplace concerns, and day-to-day matters.
- Policies & Compliance: Maintain simple HR policies, employment documents, and statutory records.
- Performance & Retention: Support managers with employee performance, feedback, and retention.
- HR Operations: Improve routine HR processes and maintain clear,



accurate reports for management.

Role Requirements:

- 3–6 years of experience in HR or HR operations.
- Valuable understanding of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and employee management.
- Comfortable coordinating with employees, managers, and hiring candidates.
- Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using Excel, HR software, and basic reporting tools.
- Able to work independently and keep things organised without constant supervision.

- Salaries are processed accurately and on schedule.
- Staffing gaps are identified before they become problems.
- Employees know where to go when they need help.

The idea is simple: Hire well, pay people correctly, solve problems early, and keep the workplace running smoothly. If you can do that without making HR complicated, you'll fit right in. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
