Crystree Solutions is Hiring: HR Intern for and IT Consulting Startup
Are you someone who understands HR fundamentals and wants real exposure in a rapid-growing IT consulting environment?
We’re looking for a talented individual with pleasing, proactive, able to negotiate with detail-oriented HR Intern who has working knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance and is eager to build hands-on experience in a dynamic startup setting.
What You’ll Work On:
- Talent acquisition for IT & consulting roles from various boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Naukri job portals … and … etc.
- End-to-end onboarding & employee documentation
- Exposure to PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, Gratuity compliance
- Payroll inputs & HR operations coordination
- Supporting policy structuring and process building
- Employee engagement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- PGDM (HR), Completed with minimum 6 months of Experience
- Understanding of Indian HR rules and compliance framework
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
- High ownership mindset
