Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment processes : sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for recent hires.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records .
- Help organize employee engagement programs and events .
- Assist in drafting HR policies and documentation .
- Contribute to HR analytics and reporting .
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
