About the Role We are looking for a HR Intern who is keen to build practical exposure across HR Operations, HRMS, and HR processes.

The intern will primarily support our HRMS transformation project, while also getting hands-on experience across the overall HR function and learning how technology is used to streamline HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the HRMS transformation and implementation project.
- Assist with employee data migration, validation, and data accuracy.
- Support HR process mapping, documentation, testing, and UAT.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining HR workflows on the HRMS.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, trackers, and dashboards.
- Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and exits.
- Assist with HR policies, documentation,



and employee communication.
- Work with the HR team on process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Support other HR projects and employee engagement initiatives as required.

Who We re Looking For

- Pursuing BBA/BMS/MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field, or a recent graduate.
- Strong interest in HR and HR technology.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and HR systems.
- Proactive, organised, and eager to take ownership.
