We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want to gain practical experience in Human Resources, recruitment, and HR operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Support campus recruitment and fresher hiring initiatives.

Assist with employee onboarding and joining documentation.

Maintain employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR databases.

Support employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.

Assist with day-to-day HR administration and other HR-related activities.

Requirements

Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



Psychology, or a related field.

Freshers and college students interested in HR are welcome to apply.

Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
