Conscious Future Institute Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, attendance management, onboarding, and internal coordination.

The internship will be for an initial period of 3 months. Based on the intern’s performance, accountability, learning ability, and overall contribution, they may be offered a permanent full-time position with Conscious Future Institute Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee attendance, in/out timings, leave records, and related documentation.
- Create and maintain employee files, including Aadhaar, PAN, educational documents, and employment records.
- Support joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Assist with salary slip preparation and payroll-related coordination.




- Handle routine employee queries and internal coordination.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
- Support daily HR and office operations.
- Assist with recruitment activities, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling as required.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of HR-related activities.

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree pursuing or completed in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
