Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Head to join our top management team. You will lead the complete HR function, build our HR policies and SOPs from the ground up, and create the people systems our company needs to scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the HR function and report directly to the Founder & CEO
- Draft, implement and maintain the HR Policy, Employee Handbook and SOPs for all departments
- Own end-to-end hiring: JDs, sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding
- Set KPIs for every role and run probation reviews, quarterly reviews and annual appraisals
- Ensure accurate attendance, leave records and on-time payroll




- Ensure statutory compliance: EPF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, POSH and labour laws
- Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters fairly
- Drive team engagement, training and a robust company culture
- Manage the in-house HRMS and present monthly HR reports to management

Requirements

- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
- 6–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years leading the HR function
- Proven experience drafting HR policies and department SOPs
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, payroll, EPF, ESIC and POSH
- Experience in a startup, CA firm or professional services company preferred
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi
- High integrity and confidentiality
