Role Overview

Comprehensive HR role covering all aspects of human resource management from talent acquisition to exit processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and create job descriptions for open positions

- Source suitable profiles and manage end-to-end talent acquisition

- Generate offer letters and necessary documentation

- Conduct background checks and organize current employee orientation

- Review and recommend updates to existing policies

- Implement and manage PMS system

- Identify training needs and organize relevant training programs

- Conduct surveys to understand work culture

- Develop talent retention framework and employee engagement programs

- Configure HRIS system and assist with payroll management

- Generate relevant MIS and reports

- Manage exit processes and ensure smooth transitions
