- Recruitment & Staffing – Sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers

- Onboarding & Induction – Managing joining formalities, documentation, and new hire orientation

- Employee Relations – Handling employee queries, concerns, and maintaining a positive work setting

- HR Operations – Maintaining employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation

- Compliance & Policies – Ensuring company policies and labor law compliance

- Experience – Relevant work experience needed

- Skills – Communication, coordination, problem-solving, HR tools, etc.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
