Key areas of responsibility
1. Drive the recruitment through Recruitment agencies, job portals, campus hiring, social media, own networks operations and sales team hiring
2. Maintaining processes like daily attendance, salary payments, claims, etc.
3. Induction process, Managing Talent, and Exit Formalities
4. Assist in designing compensation and advantages packages. Implement performance review procedures (half yearly, annual evaluations)
5. Implement the HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Skill-set required
1. Strong communication skills with ability to manage people related matters
2. Language proficiency written: English
3. Language proficiency spoken: English, Hindi, Marathi
4. MS-Word, Email Marketing, MS-Excel
