Techno Deviser is seeking a proactive HR Executive with an IT background to strengthen our HR operations and recruitment processes, particularly for technical roles. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment activities, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee engagement initiatives, bringing both HR expertise and technical understanding to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles (sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews).
- Maintain and regularly update employee records.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Assist in implementing and administering HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT and technical departments to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Ensure confidentiality, data accuracy, and compliance with company policies.

Skills Requirement:

- 2–3 years of experience as an HR Executive.




- Robust understanding of HR functions and practices.
- Experience using recruitment platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software.

Qualification Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in hiring for IT and technical domains is required.
