Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Basic knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up, time-management, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and HR activities simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Recruitment roles.
- Strong recruitment experience with the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
- Basic understanding of payroll and HR administration.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period may be preferred.
