- Screen Resumes And Conduct Initial Telephonic Screenings To Assess Candidate Suitability

- Conduct Interviews Via Telephonic, Video, And In-person Modes





- Share Shortlisted Profiles With Hiring Managers And Gather Timely Feedback

- Schedule And Coordinate Interviews With Managers And Directors

- Ensure Timely Follow-up With Candidates Regarding Interview Outcomes

- Draft, Update, And Manage Job Postings; Coordinate With The Creative Team For Job Creatives

- Issue Offer Letters And Address Candidate Queries Related To Compensation And Benefits

- Maintain Accurate Recruitment MIS And Trackers

- Support Onboarding Activities And Ensure Smooth Joining Of Current Hires

- Proactively Anticipate And Plan For Future Staffing Needs

Key Skills :
