Position: HR Executive

Immediate joiners preferred

Hospital experience is mandatory, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Arrange and coordinate locum staff to ensure smooth hospital operations and adequate staffing.
- Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and staff onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing requirements and workforce planning.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle employee concerns confidentially and professionally.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
