About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Talent Acquisition team as HR Executives – Field Recruitment. The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates through field visits, local networks, referrals, and job portals to meet the company's hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through field visits, local contacts, referrals, and job portals.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
- Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong local candidate network to support bulk hiring.
- Coordinate with the HR team for candidate selection, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Develop a good understanding of the assigned district, towns, and surrounding areas across Tamil Nadu.




- Travel within the assigned location to identify and attract suitable candidates.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers with any degree are eligible to apply.
- MBA graduates, preferably in Human Resources, will be given preference.
- Good knowledge of Tamil Nadu districts, towns, and local areas.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
- A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
