Job Summary The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for hospital operations, including clinical, non-clinical, and sales & marketing positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure timely recruitment of qualified professionals to support hospital services and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

- Handle recruitment for clinical roles such as Doctors, Dietician, Staff Nurses, Lab Technicians, Pharmacists,Psychologist, Physiotherapists, and Clinical Coordinators.

- Manage hiring for non-clinical and administrative roles including Center Admin, Front Office Executives, Accounts staff, Operations staff, , and support staff.

- Recruit candidates for sales and marketing roles such as Sales Executives, Marketing Executives,



Business Development Managers, Relationship Managers, and Corporate Sales teams.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, consultants, and qualified networks.

- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

- Coordinate offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.

- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and joining.

- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and maintain recruitment quality standards.
