- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant employees and workers.
- Manage plant HR operations, including joining formalities, onboarding, employee documentation, and attendance.
- Handle employee grievances and day-to-day HR queries.
- Coordinate with plant management for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
- Maintain HR records and support payroll-related activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operations at the plant.

Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with experience in plant HR, recruitment, and HR operations in the PEB, manufacturing, or engineering industry will be preferred.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at the Vithalapur, Gujarat plant location.
