Key Responsibilities

HR Activities

- Assist with recruitment, job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations.

Marketing Activities

- Support lead generation and maintain prospect databases.
- Make calls and follow up with prospective clients and business partners.
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams.
- Update CRM records and track follow-up activities.




- Assist with social media marketing and promotional activities across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.
- Support partner outreach and business collaboration initiatives.

Requirements

- Graduate or final-year student in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Positive verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in handling phone calls and interacting with clients or partners.
- Basic understanding of HR and marketing concepts.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.
