- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, corridors, lobby areas, and other hotel facilities.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to hotel standards.
- Ensure timely room cleaning, room preparation, and release of rooms for guest check-in.
- Coordinate with the Front Office team regarding room status, guest requests, and special requirements.
- Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and work performance.
- Train housekeeping associates on cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safety practices.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, guest amenities, linen, towels, and other housekeeping supplies.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar hospitality role.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
